Implementation
OPEN DOOR developed a multi-day experience featuring strategic content, collaborative formats and high-end evening events. In addition to the concept design, OPEN DOOR took charge of participant management, logistics, accommodation and the staging of the individual programme elements.

Task
For Paessler AG, a team experience was to be created that brings together employees from different locations, encourages personal interactions and at the same time offers space for individual experiences. The focus was on a shared experience that creates lasting connections.
Implementation
We designed a three-day team experience in Munich featuring a welcome dinner, customisable activity programmes and a shared highlight: „Paessler goes Country & Western“. BBQ, beer garden, music and a DJ created a special atmosphere. OPEN DOOR took care of the concept, experience design, hospitality, transfers and on-site implementation.

Task
OPEN DOOR designed an international congress in Barcelona for a global technology group. The aim was to bring together executives, partners and customers from various countries in an exclusive setting.
Implementation
A curated programme of conference, networking, cultural experiences and an exclusive gala evening A blend of business and shared experience. Selected 5-star hotels, professional logistics and exceptional locations created the appropriate setting for the international format.

Task
For the B/S/H/ Group, OPEN DOOR realised an international kick-off for cross-site teams. The aim was to bring together employees from various locations, strengthen collaboration and create a shared focus for the coming financial year.
Implementation
The format combined interactive workshops, joint experiential formats and an international live broadcast of the Nanjing location. This created an experience that combined personal encounters on-site with the global integration of the team.

Task
For Porsche AG, the aim was to create an exclusive winter incentive that recognises special achievements and offers participants an extraordinary shared experience – away from traditional incentive formats and with a high experiential value.
Implementation
OPEN DOOR developed a winter experience at the Tyrolean husky camp. Following a personal briefing, participants each took charge of their own dog sled and guided their team through the snowy winter landscape. The experience was complemented by personal support and an authentic culinary fringe programme around the campfire.

COMBINE COMMUNITY WITH MOUNTAIN EXPERIENCE
Task
For CORIUS DEUTSCHLAND GmbH, a joint offsite was to be created that focuses on the team and personal encounters, combined with a special evening in the mountains.
Implementation
OPEN DOOR developed a cohesive alpine event concept featuring a guided torchlit walk to a selected mountain hut. There, participants enjoyed a sociable evening in the hut with culinary highlights, team games and a DJ. From selecting the venue and organising the coach transfer to on-site management, the event was delivered in its entirety.
