OPEN DOOR designed and realised a multi-day team event with around 80 participants for the international medical technology company ENOVIS.
IMPLEMENTATION:
The aim of the format was to bring the international teams closer together, promote personal dialogue and create a common basis for future collaboration. To this end, a programme was developed that combined strategic content, shared experiences and high-quality evening formats.
In a select environment, a framework was created that facilitated concentrated meetings as well as informal encounters and emotional moments within the team.
