EVENT: INTERNATIONAL KICK-OFF FOR CROSS-LOCATION TEAMS

PARTICIPANTS: 200 PAX

LOCATION: HANNOVER

CONCEPT:

OPEN DOOR organised a cross-location kick-off event for the B/S/H Group with around 200 participants.
The aim was to bring together teams from different locations, strengthen collaboration and create a common direction for the coming financial year.

IMPLEMENTATION:

The format was deliberately designed to be interactive and combined collaborative experience formats with an international live feed from the Nanjing site. This created a framework that enabled both personal encounters on site and global integration.

RESULT:

An atmospheric evening in an exclusive atmosphere formed the emotional conclusion to the event and provided space for dialogue across hierarchies and locations.

A kick-off that brought international teams together and laid the foundations for a joint financial year.

EVENT: MULTI-DAY TEAM EXPERIENCE FORMAT FOR INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY

PARTICIPANTS: 200 PAX

CONCEPT:

An event lasting several days was to be designed for around 200 participants that would strengthen team cohesion, promote dialogue across departmental boundaries and at the same time create emotional experiences that would be remembered for a long time. The challenge was to seamlessly combine logistics, programme variety and quality of experience for a large group

IMPLEMENTATION:

OPEN DOOR developed a multi-day team experience format for Paessler AG for around 200 participants in Leipzig. The aim was to promote dialogue between departments, strengthen team cohesion and create shared experiences with a lasting effect.

RESULT:

The programme combined various activity and experience formats that were specifically geared towards communication, strategy, trust and collaboration. The variety of modules made it possible to involve different personalities and roles within the company in equal measure.

The entire logistics - from transfers and accommodation to locations and programmes - were managed centrally so that the participants could concentrate fully on the exchange and the experience.

A format that made collaboration across departmental boundaries tangible and strengthened long-term connections within the company.

CONCEPT:

OPEN DOOR realised an international strategy kick-off for the software company ADITO with over 2,000 participants - implemented as a hybrid and networked across several locations.

IMPLEMENTATION:

Live webcast production: overall digital realisation with specialist presentations and interactive workshops

Product Insights: Exclusive insights into the ADITO product world via livestream directly from the company headquarters

Keynote: Inspiring keynote speech by Frank Thelen

Hybrid format: combination of live content, studio broadcast and digital participant interaction

OCCASION: INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS

LOCATION: BARCELONA

CONCEPT:

OPEN DOOR organised a multi-day executive congress in Barcelona for an international technology group. The aim was to bring together managers, partners and customers from different countries in an exclusive setting and to create a common strategic direction.

IMPLEMENTATION:

Accommodated in selected 5-star hotels, participants were treated to a carefully curated programme of conference formats, networking situations and cultural experiences. The highlight was a festive gala evening in a renowned museum - a staging that impressively emphasised the international character of the congress.

RESULT:

A top-class international congress with perfect logistics, professional organisation and emotional highlights - an event that impressively combined business excellence and Spanish flair.

 

 

EVENT: WORKSHOPS | STRATEGIC TEAM EVENT

LOCATION: MUNICH

CONCEPT:

OPEN DOOR designed and realised a multi-day team event with around 80 participants for the international medical technology company ENOVIS.

IMPLEMENTATION:

The aim of the format was to bring the international teams closer together, promote personal dialogue and create a common basis for future collaboration. To this end, a programme was developed that combined strategic content, shared experiences and high-quality evening formats.

In a select environment, a framework was created that facilitated concentrated meetings as well as informal encounters and emotional moments within the team. The combination of structured programme items and deliberately designed experience formats created an atmosphere in which collaboration and corporate culture became tangible.

RESULT:

OPEN DOOR was responsible for the complete conception and implementation of the event - from participant management and logistics to the staging of the individual programme items.

CONCEPT:

To mark NCP Engineering's company anniversary, OPEN DOOR organised an exclusive incentive trip to Palma de Mallorca for around 100 employees. The aim was to celebrate the anniversary in a special setting and to visibly honour the joint achievements of the teams.

IMPLEMENTATION:

In a high-quality environment, a programme lasting several days was created that combined culinary discoveries, shared experiences and relaxed networking moments. One highlight was an exclusive evening by the sea, which celebrated the anniversary in an atmospheric setting.

RESULT:

The entire travel organisation - from flights and accommodation to transfers and programme points - was managed centrally so that the participants could enjoy the experience to the full.

Cast off and all aboard: an exclusive river cruise on the Rhine was organised for the employees of Harvey Nash GmbH. The open deck atmosphere with a panoramic view of the Frankfurt skyline was a hit from the very first moment.

CONCEPT:

OPEN DOOR developed an exclusive winter incentive in the Alps for a selected group of participants. The aim was to honour special achievements and create an experience that goes far beyond a classic incentive trip.

IMPLEMENTATION:

A multi-day programme of extraordinary activities, personal support and selected culinary experiences was created in a high-quality alpine environment. The centrepiece of the programme was a husky camp, which offered participants an authentic and unforgettable winter experience.

RESULT:

An incentive that visibly recognised performance and at the same time created emotional moments with a lasting effect.
